About BASMA
BASMA is a UAE-based store offering 3D printed, customized and related products.
Some products are produced specifically after an order is placed and may include customer-selected colors, sizes, text, designs or other customization.
Using Our Store
You may use the BASMA website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure.
Products & Customization
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected customization options before placing an order.

Once production has started, certain customization changes may no longer be possible.
3D Printed Product Variations
3D printed products are manufactured layer by layer. Small variations may naturally occur between individual items.
Minor layer lines, surface texture differences or small color variations may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We aim to quality check products before dispatch.
Customer-Submitted Designs
If you provide text, images, logos, files, designs or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use and submit those materials for the requested purpose.
BASMA may decline a custom request where we reasonably believe that producing it may violate the rights of another person, applicable rules or our store policies.
Prices
Prices displayed on BASMA are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Where applicable, delivery charges or other permitted charges will also be displayed during checkout.
Payment
After completing the required delivery and order information, you may be redirected to Ziina or another approved payment service provider to complete payment securely.
Available payment methods are displayed by the payment provider and may include supported card or digital wallet options.
An order may require successful payment or payment authorization before production or fulfilment begins.
BASMA may update or change available payment methods or payment providers from time to time.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for production.
We may contact you if additional information or clarification is required for a custom product.
In rare situations where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, BASMA may cancel the affected order and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact BASMA as soon as possible.
Because custom products may enter production shortly after confirmation, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.
Any applicable refund or cancellation eligibility will depend on the order status and our Returns & Refunds Policy .
Shipping & Delivery
BASMA currently serves customers within the United Arab Emirates.
Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the product, customization, order volume and courier service.

Returns & Refunds
Return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on the type of product and the circumstances of the order.
Custom-made and personalized products may be subject to different conditions from standard products because they are produced specifically for the customer.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, materially defective or different from the confirmed order, contact BASMA as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
Product Images
We aim to represent products accurately through images, renderings and descriptions.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, printing material or production process.
Mock-ups and rendered images may be used to demonstrate the intended product design.
Intellectual Property
BASMA branding, website content, original graphics and original designs created by BASMA may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, vehicle names, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the BASMA website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors or unavailable products may occur.
We may update product information, features and website content when necessary.
Limitation of Responsibility
BASMA will take reasonable care when producing, preparing and fulfilling orders.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BASMA is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Information provided through BASMA is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used where necessary to operate the store, fulfil orders and provide customer service.
